Hmm i dont think the wireframe bg fit into spiderman, something else needs to be done. Also its very tall to tall i think, it needs a light source. it looks like you just slammed on some wirefranes and then 2 c4d's and last spiderman. Text isnt bad though

however, the left side looks kinda weird over contrasted...
the particular spot on the bottom left corner
