I'd say try setting it to Overlay or Soft Light and then moving it around. Plain white just doesn't work on most sigs. Font is fine though. Sans serifs go nicely with this.

WTH? Text goes well with the tag and its not just stuck on. Probably the best i've seen from you. I think he is kinda over sharpened but that doesn't really matter cuz it looks good
Try to fade sharpen: Edit>Fade Sharpen and lower the opacity...
