I think his face is kinda over sharpened...
Also, the left side of his face is kinda bright and then the middle isn't...
Maybe make his face a bit more brighter with a soft brush like you did on the keft side and then radually get darker...
Doesn't looks as good as ur other ones...
Experiment with diffrent styles
