the text kinda sucks on the first one, and maybe blend the render a bit more.
i like the simplicity on the second one, just try bringing the render up a bit.
the third needs to be shorter, or you need to add a second render, cus otherwise it won't look good.
maybe it's just me, but the avatar looks way too simple....

Well the first are def. the best but you need to work on text i could see that sig become much cooler with a jeff text style.
