Best text by far iv'e seen from you! Just get rid of the underline on them and it'd be great.

THe bg looks pretty filtered maybe try something with brushes or smudging? Its pretty good though because its more busy and not as blurry as your other BG's so thats definetly an improvement.

Also get rid of the bevel/emboss on the outer edge of the sig working as a border. It looks a bit odd and really pretty bad.

The blending could have been a bit better. The render looks pretty soft so I'm not so sure it would be that easy to blend but the white fire behind him could have blended in more.

Last but not least but i think this sig needs more saturationj in it's colors and more brightness/contrast. It's pretty dark but if you do these improovements it will get better.

I see a lot of improvements, your getting better. Keep it up.
