Please help... it is hard to write your suggestions??

maybe anybody can suggest how to change right side of my current sig? I dont like it... last time then I asked help no one helped so maybe, then I am asking help again (again ) you will suggest how to fill up, or change the right side?
I will be very happy if you help me VERY happy

well i would say take out the pink and white thingy and maybe do somthing with like her fingernail color their instead i would say

if i make Red and white it looks like salads no its not good...
maybe I can add some kind of object, but what? I think THAT thing can be only thite or only red... dunno.. maybe some kind of flower or something like that?
