    Default Open Source Preferences

What is some of your favorite open source freeware?

    I use:

    Firefox (duh)
    RSSOwl
    Inkscape

Also, I'm thinking about dl'ing Miro; do you recommend it over WMP and VLC?

    Firefox
Nothing else, lol I'm not really a hardcore computer user. :/

I have never tried Miro but I have never ever heard anyone recommend anything over VLC.

    Firefox
    Inkscape = <3333
    Blender
    Frets On Fire

Don't like blender tooooo much. Needs to be a bit more user friendly.

At school we use pretty much all open-source software. Mainly eclipse, notepad++, openSSG, and anything released under gnu

At home I mainly use Adium, good ol' firefox, Vienna, Fugu, VLC, and XAMPP

    firefox.
    pidgin.
linux. (Normally only a bit, but am considering switching completely)
Play with lots of open source music software.
    EiffelStudio.
    Probably other stuffI've missed.

    Used for short time:
    Inkscape. Horrible interface.
Disks are always full. It is futile to try to get more disk space. Data expands to fill any void.
