Only thing i would change is the text. It stands out. maybe a red, but a different color than the BG. How bout an off-red?

I really like this it looks a bit like my car sig tut just with some more details and so on. really nice work. if i had to say anything bad it would be that his hand is a bit to shiny in my eyes other than that spotted on.
