THe duplicate on the left is pretty distacting. If you could make the duplicate on the right a bit darker too it would be better. The light opacity is really screwing up the hair.

The bg is good. I do wish though that is wasn't burred that much. It's good to have some blurring for depth. However this seems a bit excessive...Plus there isn't a whole lot of detasil in the sig now, besides in the render. I would just ligthen up on the blurring next time.
The text is okay but i encourage you to try and blend it in near or around the render, when you do that it makes it far less noticable. But besides placement it is very nice.
The blending is pretty good. The colors go very well with the render.
Overall pretty nice. You are making very significat improvements.

I like the BG...good work there and I think text is good, although as Papa said, it needs to be placed elsewhere.

I also think that maybe the render needs to be sharpened a bit, or maybe it was oversharpened, dunno, doesn't quite look right.

I like the dup on the left and would actually lose the 1 on the right, maybe move the text under the hair.

    Just my opinion though.

    good work though!

When you have that low opacity render of her beside the main focal point it distract my eyes, i would love if you removed that made the little one larger and then perhaps some kewl effects over her, some filters like displacements and so
