It's good for someone who hasn't worked with photos before. I assume you did the reflection in the eye too?

It needs more depth in color though. Nothing really draws my eye to attention..

I like the look of eye, but everything that goes around it dont look so good.
You can really improve your work with effects and c4d render
And I dont like the monotonic color here :s

Like Garis said, maybe try a 2nd version with some effects around the eye.
