Default What is your favourite musical instrument(s)?

What is your favourite musical instrument(s)? If you say electric guitar or something, then you have to tell us your favourite sound for that instrument!

    My favourite instruments are:
    - Theremin - http://youtube.com/watch?v=Xn4TgYkqdi8
    - Electric guitar with either 50's guitar lead sound (dry with a short delay), surf or hawaiian sound
    - Banjo
    - Waterphone, if that really counts as an instrument. You can't play songs with it, it just makes strange noises but is oh so wonderful: http://youtube.com/watch?v=ppzNFJYSaO0

    Theremin.
    Armonica/Glass Harmonica
Synthesizer (If you want a particular one, tough. My favourite sounds are mainly pads, though)
    reactable
    Drum Buddy
    Graphite Sequencer
    Organ (All stops out... Heh...)
If we're counting midi as well: Haken Continuum, Laser harp, monome.

Disks are always full. It is futile to try to get more disk space. Data expands to fill any void.

Duuuude if you're into synthesizers then you gotta like the Prophet 5. It's like the ultimate coolness synth. My dad had one once but he sold it. Too bad because today it would have been worth a hell of a lot money. :P http://youtube.com/watch?v=qhHbx34-kGE

moog voyager or a Little Phatty kthxbai. =P

Or go old school and have a modular synth. Where you control the notes with patch leads. :F

    Oh, and reacTable. That's coolzor.

Actually I've always thought the Prophet is cooler than moog. The sounds are the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard from a synth. I found an old tape my dad made with "Prophet 5 demo" written on it. I listened to it...And I orgasmed. Perfection.

The difference being that I can actually get my hands on a moog (Even if it isn't mine) - I'm not going to be able to get anywhere near a prophet any time soon.

    Cello = awesome.

    Cello + transducer = uberawesomeness

    Electric Cello = good-looking-but-apparently-not-as-nice-to-play uberawesomeness.

    :P

And my brother's friend has a moog voyager. And the little phatty isn't too expensive.
