    Yes, romove those scalnines,
    but then BG would be empty a bit.
    And recude the opacity of that line over the wheels

    Imo you should remove that white line (not drugs) over the car, maybe you can keep it behind the car but not over it.
    I dont like those lines coming from the car, either (the ones goin' straight up)

    It looks like the car has been duplicated and overlayed since of the blue stuff next to the white (caused by the light)
    Depth and flow isn't the best in this sig..

    Don't really like the text either, and the light is all weird.
    feels like you could have done it a little bit better..
    maybe you didn't notice but there are 2 white outlines below the wheels (render-shit)

    yea, I couldn't tell if you wanted the image to be a car riding on a white path, or leaving a white trail behind, but either way, Like Bloodtears said i think it would look better if you moved it.
    Maybe make it leaner and move it down some, also erasing it from over the front tire might look better.

    This is the main proplems and also what he mention about the flow, try to make the bg flow with the render, that makes it more easy on the eyes, and also the car seems like it have just been copy pasted on, blend it in a bit. I think you bg seems kinda flat, try some filers make the car go in another direction just keep playing.

    the car doesnt seem to flow with the rest, seems like it was a last minute thought and u stuck it in, resize it
