Tried to get more color and effects into this one. Think it could use more depth but I didnt want to blur out the effects in the BG too much.

I think they clash too much, try different ones that blend better.
I think this needs a border too.

It's not bad but like roarnation said, it's a bit overwhelming. Also, i don't like the white 'glare' above her head. Good job though.

I think the effects looks kewl but the colors of them dont match very good, also try to bring in something to calm the sig down. Right now it seems way to caothic. kinda throws the focus from side to side.
