went crazy smudging..dont like it much....anyone got any fav smudge setting they wanna reccomend?

I don't smudge to often. Not really a fan of the look tbh. That or i just suck at it
The text is a bit off. you should stick to defaults.
The Bg is a bit odd. i dunno what you can do to change it.. Not good at smudges.
Next time try moving the render more towards the center, you need to give the eye more breathing room between the edge of the sig and the render.
