sorry about the double posting i didn't realize i'd done it

for one, you just did it, but anyways, for the border, hit ctrl-click the background layer, and it should select your entire pic, then make a new layer and with the marquee too (the dashed sqaure or circle) right click and go to stroke, add a stroke that way, for a basic tutorial, just go to www.good-tutorials.com they have tons of tuts, most are pretty easy. also, you might try add some color to that sig, hit ctrl+B and mess around, or if you want to go the EASY, less quality way, hit ctrl+U for then check colorize and play around with that. umm, would you like for one of us to take that and add stuff to it or what, because i would be more than happy to, just give me a few specs, and ill get it done.

Pretty cool for your first sig. Yeh i would definitely add some colour to it .. looks a bit dull <_< . Nice work.

ok... i've messed around with it and here's what i got....:
what do you guys think?

Yeh that's better , but you need that colour balance ! Trust me it's worth it.

For a first image, its not bad at all! Eventhough i'm not a huge fan of the effect you did, its a pretty good first sig =).
