I'm new here, hoping to get some good CC from a GFX specific forum to improve.
Here's a recent signature I made for someone on another forum:
Probably one of my best at the moment.
Be as harsh as possible : D

I'm kind of new at this myself, but I think I may be able to give you some pointers. I can't really see the render all that well or really make it out at all. Meaning it's too dark around the render. The depth is decent but I think you might need to throw in a few c4ds or something to help the flow. I know this doesn't really matter all that much, but thats a rather large Tag. I would say if you want a bigger tag then go with 400x150 for size. These are just my opinions however. Oh, and try some effects for your text, and maybe a different color.

Hmm, I can make it out fine, either my monitor is too bright or your's is too dark... If there's problems with that it's still probably too dark though.

Yeah I know it is, but it was a request from somebody, and he specified this size.

I see what you mean, but I tried adding a c4d and it really doesn't fit with the grungy style of this sig.
Lol, thanks though, I appreciate it.

I would say maybe brighten the render just a touch so you can see the left side, but also try to blend it in the sig a little more. As for the background not sure if red really flows with it, maybe try a color from the render itself to help blend a little more also. Try to make the text a little more blended in as well.

nice try...brighten up the render for sure, but very nice background...
