    So I at last made it back here...I looked at a few other fourms and this was the only place I didn't get burnt for my work and actually got some help n.n so here is one I worked out last night

    The depth is great on this piece and effects are good too. Needs text though.

    id say it is fine without text, but i think some of his shoulders+chest needs to be a bit less blurred, and have the blur on him flow a bit better

    I completly agree. Since th face is the same distance away from the viewer as the shoulders are they need to be atleast a little bit sharp, or as sharp as the face.
    YOu can test the depth of feild by holding a finger to your face.
    The nail of your finger is blurry and the nuckle is blurry, because it's the same distance away from your eyes.
    The same thign applies to your sig. Anything around the same distance of your render should be sharp.

    However to get a good DOF sometimes it has to be done a bit. Which is fine, just make your render sharp.

    The Bg is very cool and i like the smokey-like cloud in the BG.

    I think you need a lightsource though. THe left side of his face is a lot brighter then the rest calling for a light or somethign on that side.
    If you don't know how to do a lightsource check my post on Spyderboi's Rey 619 sig. I explained how to do it there.

    Nice sig overall. I like the blending it looks nice.

    Agree with people over here.
    Just wanted to add that colors is awesome IMO^^ Nice sharpness on the render and excellent depth(same with mentioned above)

    Yeah i went on planet renders and posted a sig. They just said " its crap do more tuts"


    So i said "what tuts? what in particular do i need to improve?"

    They said "everything" xD
