Well, I know I don't stand a chance against this tut but here goes anyway.

Edit: I don't have enough skill with brushing for this. Plus it is looking bad so I don't want to waste my time on it.

It's a very easy thing to do but it takes a lot of time. However, to make it look like that it might take a lot of effort. Great tutorial.
