It means how much "V-Cash" you have. You can use it to buy things (like sigs from the shops under the resources forum). As you post you get more. You can also put it in the bank and earn interest. The bank is under the "Shop" on the top right of your screen on the left.

You can also buy other things, like titles, username change, ect. Just different stuff
