If you want people to use it, you should have saved it as a png without the black background.

yeah, but if people are going to use it, theyre not going to want to do any of the work to cut it out. About the cut job, the edges are a bit blurry because you ran in to some jaggies im assuming. The back wheel especially looks a bit misshapen. Don't use lasso, use the pen tool its the best way to cut

and i would say something about stock images and copyright issues... but ill save that for another day (no offense to anybody that is included in this) being that most people have stuff in their sigs they didnt make

Then why did you bother "cutting" it out, if you just expect another person to cut again. >_>

It seems like a waste.

Well, you can do this to cut it:

1. Open the image and go to Select < Color Range
2. Select the red part in the thumbnail.
3. Hit OK.

It'll select the black and you can now delete it.

That would work if the motorcycle wasn't so black itself.

its harder to cut something out with lasso if it has an actual bg. with the black bg, u just select it with lasso carelessly and paste it onto ur sig. but ur probly right. this was just something when i was bored and my first cutout. i actually cut it out with eraser lol.
