too monotone... nice bg though... don't like the bars at the top and bottom... That Cyber Sword or w/e it is looks out of place and messed up... but nt over all.

why dont you like the bars? i think they work well on certain sigs, such as this one. however other sigs do just need a simple 1px bodrer
