    ok so i just got this painting done inspired by the independant film/documentary, 'invisible children' which im pretty excited about, its to bring awareness to child conscription in africa and its gonna be auctioned off to raise funds for their benefit. tell me what you guys think



    and the next is just a drawing of a model that came in for an art class.

    lol i thot u did the whole thing in photoshop lol like the brushes and everything i was about to say!!! !WOW!!! OMFG lol. but i like the eye painting its pretty cool lol

    well news on the painting.. it went for 70 bucks on top of the whole fundraiser for the benefit just tonight. pretty exciting for a first auction =D

    I really like the eye. I think it would have looked incredible with a coloured glaze, or maybe even fully coloured.

    I find it easiest to glaze colour onto a black and white painting to colour it anyway... It brings out the contrast between shades nicer and it's generally easier to do as well, rather than going to colour straight away. If you don't know how to colour glaze already I can explain the process if you want.
