Okay I just got back from soccer practice and I have decided that I am not gonna work on anything tonight... I am just gonna relax and watch tv. It was a very tiring 2nd day at practice. Ran 5+ miles straight yesterday and about 3 more during practice. Ran 3+ miles today and 4 more in practice. Too add to that I have been smoking and drinking; last drink was on friday and last smoke was today... I wont be smoking or drinking for a while thats for sure.
