The bg is way to red, maybe filter > render > clouds the colour balance layer to make it look less red. Also I think you should take away the scanlines, they hide any depth that the signature has. And I'm not sure about the text, maybe take away the outer glow from the pixel font and duplicate the render layer and set it to screen or softlight. I suppose the sig flows, it's just not to my liking. Rating:

Render just doesn't blend at all.. Desaturate the bg and give it more depth.. I'm not sure about the scanlines but good work on the main text..
