I definately wouldn't say it's a manip just yet. I wouldn't current it either... Well, for now anyway. Maybe try and make it darker, somewhat more gloomy as it is a gravestone and all. You may also want to make the text appear to be either on the stone or engraved into it as at this moment in time it looks as though it's hovering above it, like it's just stuck on.

Did you cut the gravestone into the scene?
Nah.. Way too simple for my liking... Try some brushing... And make it darker..

Wow. Making it somewhat darker and adding text is not really manipulating the photo. Spice it up with different colors. Use the dodge and burn tool to create more depth. Brush to simulate something, like maybe fog because its a graveyard. BE CREATIVE.
