Not what I expected exactly but...meh.
I read up on a couple of tuts and I think I got better because of it, a little.

Its pretty good, just (I think) the text looks pretty weird to me and personally, the picture at the back didn't really blend to well with the render and stuff...

I dunno...my opinion! :P

Yeah text placing has been a real problem of mine as of late. I tried to hide the fact that the background didn't mesh too well by trying to brush the corners to make it look like a fade-in fade out thing. :P

I have problems with text too. Might sound like a nub asking this but how do you make the text and the line at the bottom join together?

(Dunno how to do it..or maybe I do but I just don't know.. :P heh)

That's Antiqua font I think and the line beneath it is there because the text is underlined.

There's this tut I experimented with...it's funny I know it came from a tutorial around here, one of the text tutorials. Can't remember who posted it here

Make the bg flow better into the left side.. either lessen the brushing or just cover the stock... Render is a bit over contrasted and text.. I think you should try something smaller..

Nice job, it's nice and different, although the text looks odd.

Make it a bit smaller and take that line away.
