ow didn't know is was from deviant art i got it from my m8..RENDERED..but if you take a render out a COPYRIGHTED gamewallpaper then thats aloud because its not from deviantart??

Its not a render... Its a digital painting. The options you have according to the rules are:

1. Take it down.
2. Get warned.
3. Get permission to use it.

If its not taken down after getting a warning, well, I'll let you read the rules to find out the rest.
