I think it's better than the last ones you made, well done. But there are still a lot of room for improvements.
First of all, the first problem that I can see as soon as I looked at this signature is that the render doesn't not fit in with the BG. You need to blend it in. Plus the render is "glowing" and the BG isn't.
I'm not sure if anybody else think it is, but to me, the BG looks rather flat, I think you need some more depth put into it. If you're not sure how to add more depth, well you can add:
Brightness and Contrast or Levels or Curves to improve and add more depth. Nice and creative idea for the text, but some improvements can still be done, however, it looks okay the way it is. Lastly, I suggest you work on your lightings.
Overall, you improved. Just a few more tutorials, experiment around and you might just find something new and your style
