Well for starters I noticed that you had a VERY thick border... make it smaller O.o, bg is a little too plain for my taste... and work on your text too
blending could be better also, try to sharpen the render maybe I dunno O.o
Let's see try to make your border less visible and less solid, i mean the border needs not to destroy the focal point of a sig which one cant' find in yours :P
BG is too chaotic, text too. Try simpler stuff. Straight text with no curlings and stuff, simple bg's with a good blending and catchy colours and you're done. Render's overblended.
