Ok. This prize for this competition will be 750 V-Cash. What you need to do is take this picture and make it look like the fat guy on there is wearing no jacket or shirt. So you pretty much have to make it look like hes sitting there with no upper body clothes on. Which means you have to add his fat rolls, bell button, man boobs, ect. So yeah, due on Jan 2nd.Have fun! :P
