    Avast AntiVirus is an AWESOME antivirus program.

    I'll add more when I can think better.

    Audio: Winamp
    Video: Windows Media Player 10, FFdshow codec (ffdshow.sourceforge.net; free codec that plays almost everything)
    Audio/Video: Windows Media Player 10
    Office: Microsoft Office or OpenOffice (MS Office feels faster)
    Internet: IE with MSN Toolbar or Firefox, Opera, etc
    P2P: uTorrent (www.utorrent.com) very light torrent client (150kb!!!), Shareaza
    Gaming: XFire, All seeing Eye
    Graphics: Photoshop
    Antivirus: Avast, Antivir, AVG (all free)
    Firewall: Sygate Personal Firewall (free but no longer supported, still very good and light->google)
    Look and Feel: Microsoft Royal theme (is somewhere on MS site, was leaked first, now official)
    Download Manager: Free Download Manager (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/'

    I got IDM (internet download mananger).. its my personal fav...


    PS, C4D, iTunes (music quality is better than others), Firefox, MS Anitspy (i think its out of beta now, dunno), Winzip, Quicktime, burning software

    windows defender is great but its still BETA, so dont be affraid to see some bugs

    7-zip is a great winrar/winzip alternative

    I also got c4d, but it was other version than my last one, its very slow and I dont have the basic materials :@
