    For one i think it needs colour, the test is not that good and the stroke kinda kills it and the text position is bad, to add colour I think u should use the colour in the ja rule pic, just duplicate the pic a couple times and move it around so that they fill the bg then merge all the copies and give them a blur (gaussian or radial) then set that layer to something like hue, that way u get a natual colour that blends with the ja rule pic.

    Erm....the Ja Rule pic was already Black and White, and can u explain that again in plain english? (i aint that tech literate lol)

    lol sorry about that, umm i was going on the thought that the pic was colour, since it isnt u can just use a colour balance layer which can be found when u click the black and white circle at the bottom of the layer pallet, to give the overall sig colour, but i think a colour tut will be much more helpful.
