    How can I make it to that my picture is not fuzzy on the edges with something sicking of the top?

    I'd love to help with this one...But I don't understand what your saying, even though I think i have an idea.
    Can I have an example of a gif your talking about?

    I think you mean blending the image so its not so pixelated around the edge and a pop-out sig? Is that correct?

    The Pop-Out Sig tut will tell you and you can use the smudge tool or use brushes and brush over the pixelated edges...
