You could work on blending and lighting. Your colors go well together, your render placement is good, and there isn't really anything wrong with the background. No glaring errors, you just need more practice.
I like how the model/character looks like he is in front of the background in this sig instead of blended more into the background. Too much of the same color throughout the sig, though, in my opinion.
As Cambi had said, you could work on the lighting and blending and maybe a bit more contrast on the sig because it looks quite dull at the moment. Maybe you could add something to the background to spice it up a little. Not bad though..
