I'm sure i've spamed you all up about this before XD, but just incase i missed someone.... (oh and as i just got Issue 4 out)

Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to expose unknown talent in the Digital art gallery. I will be featuring art pieces with less the 50 favorite's and the featured artist will have less then 5000 page views.

Suggestions:
If you have any suggestions of pieces which should be in here please note us, they can be pieces by you, friends or even other deviants. Just make sure the piece you are suggesting is located in the digital art gallery and has under 50 favorite's.
