Can't see text, the person's face looks out of place, it looks so blank. Also, why is the hand all distorted?

Try adding a border to give it more definition, you could also make an attempt to make the flame-looking thing around the hand go out further to fill the sig up. Then you could add scanlines in some of spots, maybe do a couple displacements, just to fill up the BG.

You really do need to fix that hand though.

the idea is very nicely thought out. props to that, usually the idea is the hardest part to come up with. as tuna sed, use some of the flames effects to fill up the bg a bit. I dont mind the face, its good that u lower opacity, maybe add some clippin masks? try some stuff out and hit us up with an update.
