hmm. I don't know what the original stock looked like..but you got something on his face XD.
But srsly The ripple effect is a bit over used IMO. ALso you forgot to mask out /erase the ripple over his right temple (his right not our right). The text needs to be less bended. and i think you should tyr to move them together.
Finally work on the blending. When you have a head with no body below it it make sit hard to blend it. Try to make it smaller next time so you have some body to blend it with.
