its a good sig, nice blue highlights still.
i'd blend the back ofhis head to make it blend in a bit more.

Render needs blending. It doesn't need all of the brushwork either imo. The text really does need fixing. I'd choose a cursive font for this. I'm not sure what else it could have done to help it but for me it lacks somehow and i can't really place it.
