The problem that in this tutorial its heavy raining i don't need that i need it raining like the pic i added

Hmmm, I am crap at animation but why don't you try taking the tut and when you add the noise, maybe erase some or turn the opacity down so that there is less of it. I don't really know because I don't do animation and such but maybe try changing some of the noise settings if that is possible? Good luck.

I tried but i got the same result i cant get it like the rain in this pic

Basically. You use less noise, Change the motion blurr angle.
