Topaz problem

hi, ive had topaz vivacity for a while now and it has been working fine. recently when i tried using it, it always froze photoshop "Not Responding" and i kept loosing all my work, i then reinsatalled it and instead of freezing it just made all the imagies blurry thne it started freezing again. i dont know why this is, but if anyone can help thanks alot.

I would try uninstalling photoshop and re-installing it.
