Getting any better? [New WoW sig.]

Yea so im trying to work on this abstract sig. thing...The coloring and effects of the brushes is my biggest issue....I dont think this ones to bad, But a few links to coloring abstract brushes(background) and putting effects for the BG color and for the brushes would be nice Thx in advance.

i dont know if thats outer glow u added to the render but its mkaing it nott blend well with the background, therer are alot of tuts that show how to blend your stuff in nicely.
