Photoshop CS3 keeps freezing
Hey,
When I load photoshop up, everything is fine. I can click on all of the tools and things.
However if i go File > New File > okay
Everything just freezes and it pops up "Adobe Photoshop CS3 is not responding" and i cant do anything about it
Help?

Double click it it will say "Close" and "Wait for the program to respond, wait 25 min's or so and it should of responded it worked for me when i first had the Photoshop CS3 Extended, if that doesn't work find the file in Name>Documents>Adobe CS3 if you don't have the file's DON'T UNINSTALL IT.

Have you disabled and windows services?
-
more importantly, do you have enough memory?
I think Photoshop CS3 is a bit of a hog, especially if you have other programs or applications open at the same time.

Okay it happens to me everytime.
Whenever i minimize the sig window to open up the the render, the photoshop freezes but it responds after sometime.

sounds like some performance issues, try closing some non important tasks when in photoshop or pick yourself up another stick of ram
