all the background is to gray.
the smudges at the lower part are great but the upper part there have no direction, and do some lightning to focus on the car.

the back ground it all blurry which totally kills it for me, and the smudge or thing on top of the car ruins it, try working on your blending and flow. i think making the back of the car blurry not the front would have been nicer.

the render is really clean cut.. so your effects should be... don't be afraid to create solid shapes or harder effects... imo this is more about the car than you..
