i think the colours are a bit monotone styll.

With the soft brush set the layer to overlay or color dodge depending on what color and how you want it to look.

I really like the effect that it has, with the guy standing there. BG looks good, looks a bit lonely, which is really good, it has a good style.
Not crazy about the text, maybe try a sans-serif font. :P
