I don't like this ratchet. this really lacks flow. All your effects are everywhere and you need to move them more towards the render.
The color scheme is off. i would get rid of the green. And just do blue and yellow.

The blurring isn't working out so hotly. I think a textured BG or something owwuld work betetr but not bad.

The vectoring is too big. it needs to be scaled down and multiplied times 100. effects are ALWAYS better smaller.

Text isn't bad but could use some work.
Since it's a first try with this its not bad but needs a lot of tweeking. try again with it.

Retro, but I agree with Papa. Not really liking the text it looks a bit TOO neon.
I like the effects but they are a bit big and lack direction, they don't seem to go anywhere, just floating out there by themselves. Sometimes smaller is better (although in life, the bigger the better) so you might want to make MORE but smaller.
Just change it up, I like the background for now, but if you make the effects smaller you might have to do something to the blurring as well.
