Overall, nice work. Something seems a little off to me, it could just be i've never really been a fan of the color combination you used. but that is completely subjective. your effects are nicely done, but the bg's a little dark. overall though, nice work

Oh! It's the light source! The light source is on the wrong side. All of the light is hitting him in the face but your light source is on the right side of the sig. That's what was weird. Fix that, and this will be much better.

A bit too dark but the effects are good looking. Not liking the text it's way to small and I have better than 20/20 vision.
As said above by Aces, light source is a bit off, fixing that will fix the flow.
Other than that it looks pretty good, and I like the colour combos this time.

Nice tag would only change the text by placing it on his right shoulder to go with the flow of the tag.
