very nice manip.. I feel like the eye could be less filled in and more angry looking however.. and perhaps a sinister grin?

I would also try and reduce his hair on the right side and maybe use some hair brushes to make it look different.

F***ing scary...the nose is just creepy. Try making the eyes either all white or all black because that would just send it over the top.
Try doing something with the glasses and try making the hair get balder and balder as it moves to the right.
Really nice job, can't wait to see the final product!!!
