This is my latest. All the stars, arrows, splatters, etc. are brushes that have been turned into clipping masks. Also, the Japanese words contained in the sig are the words "Music", "Party", "Dance" (Reading from from left to right)

love the flow with the arrows.
the effects on the bottom right are a bit fuzzy and wierd.
its ok tho.
text is ok.
and the stars really look nice.

Anime ftw!!! lol, nice sig, the flow is great, and those shapes are very suitable for anime. The render is only a bit oversharpened and so are a couple of objects in the bg. Edit those, and maybe erase the edges of the render. Further I think this is a good tag, and it gave me some inspiration

I admit, I had trouble with the bottom right, but thanks for pointing that out. I'll keep an eye on it next time.

Thanks, again, I'll keep an eye out for the sharpening. I do have a bit of a habit in oversharpening sometimes.

Yeah, I'm not even really a big anime fan and I think this is a great piece. Really nice work, I agree with most of what's been said already. The big white brush or effect on her right side is not working too well, and the effect under her outstretched arm makes it look like she has two arms kind of. Other than that, sweet work!
