    Wow, that's really hot. I don't like the text the glow around is a little ridiculous, but the sig itself looks great. You've got great depth, and I like the background and the colors, it's all very tastefully done. Awesome job!

    the blur around her hat is really distracting. Alsothe outerglow on the text needs to be done away with. It is really taking the focus off the focal and onto the etxt.

    ice depth though. Work on your blending.

    I think it's much better, personally. I like the brighter red for the fan, but maybe the floweryness could be the same or a similar red? if you're going to run away with red, why not stick to it? it kind of looks on its own too much.
    I like the brighter background too, personally. and i think the area to the right is very nicely done

    EDIT: knew i meant to add something: The drop shadow is maybe too strong, too. did you use FX Drop Shadow or a brush?
