i like it, i usually like simple sigs with nice effects,
the only thing id change is the text i dont really like the font and the size, maybe you should change your watermark a lil and not have it so long you could do "RSTB" or anything but thats really up to you as its your mark.
another thing is the background maybe you could try stick a few splatter brushes their make that a lil more complex and intresting,
i do like it though i like the lighting coming from behind the render and the use of the c4d.
